Terms and Conditions

Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate anyone with severe allergies. I understand the severity of allergies, so I must inform you that I do use products (chocolate, flour...) that may have been manufactured around nut products. My cakes are made using shared equipment that also processes nuts and gluten. I do not have a dedicated allergen-free kitchen. If you have severe allergies, I would recommend contacting a bakery with a dedicated gluten-free or nut-free kitchen for your cake order. You should notify your guests of the risk of possible allergic reactions. I am not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.

I reserve the right to use creative license where I feel necessary in order to maintain the quality of my product and designs.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, these monies are forfeit and cannot be used toward future cake purchases.

The balance is due 2 weeks prior pick up/delivery date. If the final payment is not received within this time frame the order will be canceled and the deposit forfeit.

All cakes are custom made just for you. When an order is placed, I reserve time, production resources, and begin work on orders days in advance. Subsequently, potential clients may have been turned away to fill your order.

Changes to your cake size, description, flavour etc. will be excepted until 2 weeks prior the event date. After that lockout date I can not accept any changes. Changes may affect the price of the order.


I am always more than willing to decorate your cake with fresh flowers or lay your flowers around the base of the cake at delivery. If you have a specific layout you should give us a sketch of exact placement. Flowers for the cake, table (or anywhere else) need to be provided by your florist. If flowers need to be purchased by bakery the price of the flowers for the cake will be included in your contracted price. Please be certain to provide examples of the specific colors and types of flowers you want on your cake. I will also be glad to work with your florist directly to ensure that everything matches.


Ornaments can be brought to the bakery between 14-30 days before your

wedding or event. Topping cake with ornaments that are too heavy or not

secured properly may cause damage to your cake. If any party, other than me the cake decorator of Amazing Cakes and Desserts, adds to a cake, I am not responsible for damage to the ornament or to the cake.


I charge $30.00 delivery and setup for all wedding/large specialty cakes or $20 for small specialty cakes within 10 miles from bakery. If you need delivery outside of 10 mile radius the fee is $0.50 per mile, on top of the $30/$20 delivery and set up fee. I will coordinate the time with you - and schedule to meet you or your designee and set up your cake. This delivery fee is a separate charge and will not be included in the price of your cake. You need to be prepared to pay this fee in cash or by charge at least 14 days prior to your delivery date. Amazing Cakes and Desserts is not responsible for any damages occurring after delivery and

acceptance by you or your designated party.


Picking up your cake is a great way to save money. If you choose to pick up your cake you should make sure that you have a clean, flat surface to set cake on while driving. Vans, sport utility and any vehicle that the back seat folds in so the air conditioning can make it to the trunk are the best for traveling. If you are in a car, the floor is generally safer than the seat. Most of our cakes are either too large or irregularly shaped to fit in a cake box so you need to take special care to protect them. Once you leave with the cake it is no longer the responsibility of Amazing Cakes and Desserts.


Your cake is a very delicate item, please treat it this way.

variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the cake to some degree.

Cakes with fondant finish or fondant decoration can not be placed in the fridge, as the fondant will melt. Don't put your cake in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Buttercream will and Fondant will melt.

Keep the cake out of reach of animals and curious fingers prior you present the cake to avoid any damage.


I reserve the right to use any photographs of my cakes for display or promotion without compensation to you.
